Job Summary
Since launching in Curaçao in late 2024 we have seen tremendous growth and are on track to becoming the largest vacation rental operator on the island in 2026. As we manage a growing number of properties we are now looking for a dedicated Client Relations Agent to help us manage these relationships. It will be your job to ensure our homeowners are as happy as our guests, by making sure their properties are well cared for and producing strong commercial results. You will act as the owners representative within the company, ensuring their interests are front and center in everything we do.
About Bocobay
Bocobay is revolutionizing hospitality through innovative, tech-powered service and inspiring, thoughtfully designed accommodations combined into one seamlessly managed experience. Launched in 2020 in Aruba, Bocobay is a private-equity backed business bringing a new standard to the Caribbean vacation rental market. In late 2024 we expanded our operations to Curaçao, where were already the highest-rated vacation rental management company - and were on track to becoming the largest, too!
Important to note
We are a young company with ambitious growth plans, and this is not a 9-to-5 role (at least not always). The nature of our business means that urgent requests can come in at all times, and while we always try to make sure our staff get sufficient rest and time off, hospitality hours can be long and unpredictable during peak times. This reality is offset by flexibility around working hours during quiet times: Our default is to trust our employees, and we encourage you to make up for extra hours worked by clocking off early when there is the possibility to do so (coordinating with your team members).
At Bocobay you will:
- Acting as the primary contact person for homeowners within Bocobay
- Building strong personal relationships with your homeowners
- Becoming the resident expert on all properties under your management (this involves visiting the properties frequently!)
- Coordinating with other teams to guarantee a high level of service for homeowners
- Driving the commercial delivery of the properties under your management
- Updating internal systems such as CRMs and databases to ensure other teams are kept up to date on your homeowners and their properties

What we look for:
- Past experience in a client-facing role and with responsibility for commercial delivery
- Ability to build trust quickly with internal and external stakeholders
- A high degree of ownership and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Dutch is a must, fluency in Spanish & Papiementu is preferred
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to use a personal car for work travel is required (work travel will be reimbursed)
