Location: Remote / field-based (Punta Cana or Samana)

The Opportunity: Bocobay is the Caribbean’s fastest-growing luxury property management company. Following our success in Aruba and Curaçao, we are officially launching in the Dominican Republic. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious salesperson to drive our growth there.

You should be a natural people-person who can generate their own leads and understands the high standards expected of luxury property management.

At Bocobay You Will:

  • Grow the Portfolio: Lead the end-to-end acquisition of luxury villas and high-end condos.
  • Network with Intent: Build a "black book" of relationships with owners, developers, and realtors.
  • Sell the Standard: Articulate how Bocobay’s data-driven approach and specialist marketing maximize returns for owners.
  • Champion the Brand: Act as our on-island ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects a five-star hospitality experience.

What We Look For:

  • Natural Connector: You build trust easily. While sales experience is a plus, your ability to build and maintain relationships is what matters most.
  • Autonomous Mindset: You are comfortable working independently, setting your own schedule and hitting targets.
  • Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of Dominican Republic’s luxury property market.
  • Bilingual Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Requirements: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory.
