Bocobay is revolutionizing hospitality through innovative, tech-powered service and inspiring, thoughtfully designed accommodations combined into one seamlessly managed experience. Launched in 2020 in Aruba, Bocobay is a private-equity backed business bringing a new standard to the Caribbean vacation rental market. We are now set to expand to our third island, Jamaica base in Runaway Bay.

The Villa Butler is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalized guest experience, ensuring villas are impeccably maintained, guest needs are anticipated, and the highest standards of service, discretion, and hospitality are consistently met.

Experience:

Must have basic knowledge of villa operations, understanding the level of service expected, and what is required daily to ensure each villa is guest ready. Experience in personalized guest services and attention to detail in luxury setting.

Knowledge & Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private residences preferred (2–5 years)

  • Strong knowledge of villa operations, housekeeping, and service etiquette

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and table setting is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Functions & Responsibilities:

Guest Service & Villa Readiness

  • Welcome and attend to guests upon arrival and departure

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs promptly and discreetly

  • Oversee villa presentation, cleanliness, and overall readiness

  • Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and other guest requests

Food & Beverage Support

  • Assist with meal service, in-villa dining, and table setup as required

  • Ensure dietary preferences, special requests, and presentation standards are met

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate daily villa operations with housekeeping, F&B, and other staff

  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the General Manager

  • Maintain inventory of villa supplies and amenities

Personalized Services

  • Arrange transportation, excursions, or special requests for guests where needed

  • Provide guidance and assistance to guests regarding villa facilities and local attractions

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and operational standards

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
