Operating across Aruba, Curaçao, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic, we combine the charm of private homes with hotel-inspired service and seamless operations. The Role

This is a 3 to 6-month immersive internship designed for students ready to go behind the scenes of ultra-luxury property management. This isn’t a desk job - you’ll be on-site and hands-on, mastering the logistics and five-star standards required to manage multi-million dollar estates. The Experience

You will rotate through the core pillars of our business, gaining a 360-degree view of a luxury portfolio:

• Guest Experience: Check-ins, concierge, and VIP relations.

• Property Logistics: Shadowing housekeeping, maintenance, and quality inspections.

• Asset Management: Understanding the business of high-yield luxury rentals.

Candidate Requirements

• Available for a 3 to 6-month commitment in Curaçao.

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Real Estate, or Business degree (e.g., Hotelschool Maastricht, NHL Stenden, Tio).

• Valid Driver’s License and passport with at least 6 months' validity.

• Proficiency in English (Dutch or Spanish is a plus).

• Highly organized with a "default to action" mindset.
